Scheduling Sessions

VRtality is a program that brings together teens, library staff, interns, and community members over a several month period – usually between four and six months. 

As you plan your schedule, you’ll want to keep several things in mind including the schedule that works best for teens and the scheduling needs of college students who may support the program as interns.  Also be aware that to keep momentum going it’s likely that you’ll want to run sessions every other week. Having a week in between each session will allow the project team to debrief and plan each session without time constraints.
